MBI is incredible. My house is over 100 years old. This bathroom needed a complete gut and renovation. Throughout the remodel, he ran into many many problems that come with working on old houses. He had to completely reconfigure all of the plumbing, but that didn't stop him, he figured out every problem with the best solution, and created a masterpiece!! He gave advice on what would go well and what problems we could run into. He is transparent in the process from beginning to the finished product. He keeps a very clean workspace during the job and everything was cleaned up when the job was done. Patrick gave us an update everyday of what he accomplished and the plan in place for the next day.
